(Purna Mishra & Achyut Regmi) / Kathmandu, (RSS): Three routes have been set for the devotees to enter the Pashupatinath temple premises on day of the Haritalika Teej tomorrow. The routes were determined in view of the sea of devotees on the day. Teej is the important festival of Hindu women celebrated every year in reverence of the Lord Shiva.
Mitrapark/Gaurighat to reach the north gate, Jaybageshwori/Bhuwaneshwori to reach the west gate and the Banakali/Bajraghar to get to the southern gate are set to arrange the devotees in queue, said Member Secretary of Pashupati Area Development Trust, Dr Pradip Dhakal, at a press meet organized to give information about the management of the devotees and worship at the Pashupatinath Temple. The routes to exit are also determined accordingly, he added.
To manage the worshipping in a convenient manner, all four gates of the temple would remain open for 17 hours from 3:00 am on Wednesday. However, the door would be closed while conducting Shreeyantra and mahabhog. The PADT has urged the devotees not to wear expensive jewelleries and bring children because the Pashupati area and the vicinity would be overcrowded.
