sushil-koirala_20140430084737Janaboli / 20 Feb, Kathmandu. Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has once again called the opposition parties to come to negotiation table to build up consensus on the disputed issues of new constitution.

Issuing a special message on the occasion of completion of his first year in office, the Prime Minister urged all political parties to join hands to promulgate new constitution based on consensus.

"I ask specially to the leadership of UCPN-Maoist and the Madhes-based parties that are heading to agitation to come to the dialogue to explore consensus on the remaining issues of constitution in the making, remaining committed to the national unity, consensus, coordination and reconciliation," he said.
