Kathmandu: The price of gold in the Nepali market fell sharply on Monday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold was priced at Rs 294,300 per tola on Monday.
Gold had been trading at Rs 299,300 per tola on Sunday, meaning its price dropped by Rs 5,000 per tola in a single day. The price of silver also declined on Monday. Silver was priced at Rs 4,510 per tola, down Rs 145 from Rs 4,655 per tola on Sunday.
